Project info:

His name, GLADIO, was not chosen at random. In fact, it recalls the ancient Gladio Romano, short and letal sword, equipped with double thread on both sides, designed to be quick to use and thanks to its forms able to cut the air in the right-left movements of close combat, movements which comes very close to the "swing of the fisherman". Thanks to these qualities the GLADIO was the main weapon supplied to the Roman army for many centuries. Now, after a specific engineering study, this very ancient concept of weapon has been developed and made available for spearfishing.
